Nadina Mackie Jackson
One of Canada's premiere solo and concert bassoonists, Nadina Mackie Jackson is pioneering what it means to be a classical musician in the 21st century. Between touring across Canada, the US, Europe and Japan, she also puts on her own concerts with often unexpected collaborators, like folk hero Valdy. She is the most widely recorded Canadian bassoonist, with several solo albums and many more in the works. Her signature blue hair makes an appearance in all of her branding.
